Isolated But Creative

Despite changes in my routine, perspective, and relationships due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my creative practice remains unwavering. In the past, I’ve mainly worked alone in my small studio and enjoyed the isolation I experienced working late at night when most other studio doors were shut. Now the halls echo even more, but all I hear is the rhythmic hum of my sewing machine, reminding me that regardless of what the world throws my way, I am building my dream one stitch at a time.
