Discovery

To create a jacket that truly represents and serves you, it is helpful to understand your lifestyle, values, personal style, and colours.
During your initial appointment, we will discuss the following:

Personal Style

  1. Closet:

What word(s) would you use to describe the style of clothing you wear regularly? Are there any holes in your wardrobe you are looking to fill?

  2. Feeling

How do you want to feel in the outfits or clothing you wear? If it is confident or comfortable, what is it specifically that makes you feel this way?

  3. Aspiration

How would you describe the personal style of the hero version of you or what is the "twist" in your style?

Colour Analysis

  1. Season

If you have had your colours professionally done, what is your seasonal or tonal colour analysis description?

  2. Value

Is your hair colour deep, medium, or light? Your eye colour?

  3. Contrast

Is the depth of your skin and hair colour similar or very different?

  4. Undertone

Do you look better in yellow or blue?

Lifestyle

  1. Dress code

Do you have a dress code to which this jacket must adhere? If yes, please describe.

  2. Washability + maintenance

Do you have children, grandchildren, or pets that you consider when dressing? How do you feel about fabrics that wrinkle easily?

  3. Medical

Do you have any medical conditions or injuries that would affect fabric or design choices (wool allergy, hyperhidrosis, scoliosis)?

  4. Weather

Are there any temperature or weather requirements (seasonality, warmth, water resistant)? Do you travel often? If yes, what is the weather like in these locations?

  5. Values

You you have any values or preferences that should be taken into consideration (natural fibres, locally sourced, vegan/vegetarian, modest)?
